Teaching Experience:
I've been teaching since 1998.
1999-2002 Taught senior high school from senior one to senior three,
Teacher and Class teacher (a key senior high school in Shanghai)
2002: New World Training Center: Taught IELTS preparation courses. I was responsible for teaching reading, writing, listening and speaking for the IELTS test. I was also responsible for preparing and teaching CET-4 classes.
2003 - present: I've been teaching Foundation IELTS, IELTS and Pre-IELTS preparation classes at Kai En. My responsibilities include teaching reading and listening skills for IELTS.
I'm also responsible for teaching conversation English to beginning and elementary students. The courses focus on improving the students' fluency, vocabulary, grammar and listening comprehension.
At Kai En, I've also taught Business English courses to corporate clients. I've been responsible for teaching business communication skills and businesss correspondance to elementary and intermediate students.

I've worked with foreigners who have come from the different parts of the world, such as Britain, America, Canada, Australia, Germany, Greece, etc. During my work with these foreign colleagues, I've learned how to communicate and work effectively with people from different backgrounds. I've also learned some important lessons about how to best teacher foreign languages.

About Myself
I was born in Shanghai and grew up here with my family. My hobbies are reading books and newspapers. And I have developed the habit of reading English books and newspapers everyday. I also enjoy listening to music. I am hard-working and responsible. I love teaching. I feel a great sense of achievement when my students make progress in their English studies and I'm always proud when my students reach their study plan goals and get their required IELTS scores.

I joined Kai En as a full-time teacher in 2003. I like working at Kai En because it's a great school, besides, I can gain professional training to improve my teaching skills.
