About Myself
I am from Sichuan, the middle part of China, and have been in Shanghai for about 5 years.I have one young sister who is now staying with my parents and take care of them. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my friends, singing karaoke, eating delicious food.

Why I came to Shanghai?
Shanghai is a city full of variations and the reason why I decided to come here is to experience something that is different from what I had before. And I found all I have come through helps me to improve a lot from all aspects. Now I am still looking forward to the challenges that will make my life more fulfilled. I believe my establishment in Shanghai will help me to do that.

Why I chose to work at Kai En?
I joined Kai En as a full-time teacher because I believe in Kai En’s methodology, that language learning should focus on positive language acquisition and exposure to language (listening, speaking, writing and reading), rather than on memorization and error correction. Kai En is maybe the only training center that will help students to do that in Shanghai. Besides, Kai En emphasizes on teacher development. The trainings and all the workshops provide teachers a lot of opportunity to learn and to perfect their teaching.
