Language and Cultural Experiences
As an English Major I speak intermediate Japanese as well, I quit my job and came to shanghai at the beginning of 2004, I looked upon it as a turning point in my life, for it was at that time I made up my mind to be a trainer. I also worked as a Tutor for foreign teachers from AMITY Foundation,
Taught one Irish guy and an American guy Chinese, acted as a guide in China. And when I was in the TV university I had a chance to be an Interpreter for a German, anyway we spoke English.
About Myself
I was born in Jiangsu Province and my hometown is near the Yellow Sea, so I like seafood very much, and since I am the only child in the family I could find no brothers and sisters to play with me when I was little, so I learned to read novels and play chess with my left hand and right hand. And then in the University I tried my best to learn 80 points because my dream girl was a “master” there.
Why I chose to work at Kai En?
When I chose to work as a trainer, I compared the real estate with English training in Shanghai, and I drew two conclusions: one that the real estate has past its best time but the best time for training is still to come. The other is those leading companies with good reputations survived and grew bigger in real estate industry, such might be the case in training, thus I took Kai En as my best choice. And now you can see how happy I am with all our students and the staff.
