Teaching Experience:
I worked for a civil-run elementary school as an English teacher after graduating from ShanghaiNormalUniversity. I have got a lot of teaching experience and various teaching methods during my stay there. Besides the Oxford Textbooks to the children, I also taught others including: 3L, SBS, New Concept English, Cambridge Young learners English, etc.

I started my teaching career at Kai En in June, 2005. Now I am a full-time teacher here. I am responsible for teaching conversation course to basic and elementary students. I also teach conversation course to corporate clients. I believe that to teach students how to learn instead of what to learn is of the great importance.

Language and Cultural Experiences
I have a good command of English. I can speak elementary German. I studied German for one year at University. Since I worked at Kai En, I have met a lot of people coming from all over the world. I began to learn how to communicate and work with my foreign colleagues, and got to know many culture differences. So far, I have leant lots of custom of Britain, America and Canada, etc.

About Myself
I was born in Shanghai and grew up with my family. I spent my childhood in Hunan. That was the happiest time in my life. I can speak several dialects such as: Sichuan dialect, Changsha dialect and Wuhan dialect. It is easy for me to communicate with people from all walks of life because I am outgoing. Traveling and diving are my favorites. I also like to listen to the music, sing karaoke and go shopping with my friends.

Why I chose to work at Kai En?
When I first attended the workshops at Kai En, I was deeply impressed by its advanced teaching methodology. According to my work experience, I am convinced that this is one of the best ways for people to learn a foreign language. I like working at Kai En because the school is famous, the bosses are kind and my colleagues are friendly. All the teachers are professional and hardworking. I really enjoy the harmonious working environment here. In addition, I can get the updated training regularly to improve my teaching skills. It’s really my pleasure to work with such a nice group of people--both my colleagues and the students.
