    Kai En Corporate: A Short History

    The Corporate Training Department delivers Kai En language training to international companies operating in an around Shanghai. Each course is preceded by a company needs analysis and language audit. Based on the outcome of the needs analysis and language audit, we prepare a custom-designed training course.

    The Corporate Training Dept is managed by the corporate training manager, who oversees the running of the department, schedules courses and teachers and ensures teaching quality by supervising the recruitment and teacher training process.

    The corporate training process involves the following stages:

    1. Our Account Executive team carry out a full needs analysis of the company needs
    2. We perform level audits for all potential students to assess their English level
    3. We propose a tailored business training solution to the needs of the company and sign the final contract
    4. A business trainer is selected and briefed for the course
    5. The trainer delivers the course
    6. Feedback on the course is provided by the teacher and collected from students to assess the successfulness of the course

    The Kai En corporate department academic coordinator is responsible for overseeing teaching quality in the department. S/he provided trainers with initial training and ongoing academic support.

    We offer an after-sales service to our clients during and after their courses, which is administered by our corporate training manager and course administrator.
