* 5 years’ teaching experience
* Bachelors degree or higher
* Teaching qualification, preferably to diploma or Masters level
* Sound understanding of SLA theory and modern language teaching methodology
* excellent communication and organizational skills

* experience supervising / managing teachers
* experience in China preferred, but not essential

Job Description
DUTIES of the Teacher Trainer include:
* working with the Academic Coordinator to ensure a high standard of teaching
* conducting seminars, workshops and presentations
* observing lessons and giving constructive feedback to teachers
* providing academic support and development to general trainers
* teaching 6 - 10 hours a week
