to collaborate means to work together with other people, other departments or other companies. In business we often use the word collaborate to describe working with people from another company or another department. We don’t use collaborate to describe working with someone in the same office. We simply say cooperate for this.
to collaborate [verb]
to collaborate with someone
to collaborate with a company
to have a collaboration

Question:What kind of salary/benefits are you looking for?
When an interviewer asks this question, s/he is trying to find out about your motivation; about whether you are a team player and about whether you are thinking short-term or long-term. Also if the interviewer feels that you main motivation is salary, s/he may be afraid that you won’t be loyal and that you will leave the company immediately if you receive a better salary offer. If the interviewer feels that you are motivated by salary, benefits, vacations, etc, s/he will probably not hire you because companies are looking to hire people who are interested in helping the company reach its goals rather than employees who are focused on personal gain. The interviewer will also think that you are only interested in short-term benefits like salary rather than development and growth with the company.
However, if you are applying for a sales position, the interviewer may well be happy if you are motivated by salary and bonuses because a good sales person is motivated by opportunities to make more money.

Answer Strategies
1. What the employer wants to hear is that you are interested in developing and growing with the company even if you don’t get financial rewards right away.
2. If you are motivated by salary, don’t focus on this right now. Focus on opportunities to grow with the company. However, if you really want to find out whether there are opportunities to make good money, you can put this question into the context of development. “I’m interested to learn and develop myself. Can you tell me about the opportunities that exist to increase my income when I’ve demonstrated my ability?”
3. If you have questions about the benefits, vacations, insurance, expense accounts, etc. it’s better not to ask too many such questions in a first interview. If you are invited to a second interview, you may ask for more details.
4. If you really want to know more about the benefits during the first interview, ask about salary and benefits and then quickly move on. “Thank you for that information. Of course salary is important, but what’s most important to me right now is finding a position that will allow me to make a real contribution to the company and, at the same time, build my skills and experience.
5. If the interviewer really pushes you to give him a salary expectation because s/he wants to know if your requirements are in the budget, you should have a salary range in mind based on the current job market. “Based on the research I’ve done, I understand that the salary for a mid-management level position in this industry is between 8,000Rmb and 12,000Rmb per month. I’d expect to earn a salary in this range.”
6. DON’T – lie about your past salary. It isn’t difficult for an interviewer to find out what you’ve earned in the past and if you’ve lied the interviewer definitely will not give you the job as no employer will hire someone who is untrustworthy and who lies.

It costs an arm and a leg =

It costs an arm and a leg is used to describe the price of something that is very expensive compared to what you expected. For example, if you want to buy an iPod and you expect to pay US$300, but the actual price is US$650, you could say that it costs an arm and a leg.
It costs an arm and a leg通常用于描述某物品的价值远远超出你的预期。
